People need to know how work moves, who owns what, where decisions get made, and what must be true before the next step happens.
If leaders cannot see the truth, they cannot coach the business. Activity is not the same as progress. Dashboards are not the same as insight.
Technology should reduce friction, improve decisions, protect the business, and create leverage. If it does not do that, it is just another system people have to feed.
